Shipping policy
All orders above HK$200 are eligible for our discounted delivery service to door or pick up points in Hong Kong. Nextfood Global Limited maintain the right to refuse giving free delivery and charge delivery fee for certain orders after assignment.
Only order below HK$500 are eligible for shipping to pick up point, orders above HK$500 must use shipping to door delivery method.
Our delivery coverage is Hong Kong and Macau.
The courier will call you before delivering to your address. If you do not pick up the call, they may put the parcel in SF pick up point/ arrange another delivery/ drop in property management office under mutual consent. If any of the above trials is in vain, the parcel will send back to Nextfood, Nextfood can arrange another delivery but you should bear the full fee of the second delivery.
Order amounts after the application of promotional codes are considered; each order can only be delivered to one destination / pick-up location.
Delivery services shall delay when typhoon signal, a red or black rainstorm warning is hoisted; or such other weather conditions whereby delivery is considered unsafe. In this event, you will be contacted to re-schedule delivery time.
We do not make deliveries to the restricted districts and areas that couriers cannot access. For free shipping above HK$900, we do not deliver to these areas:
We will deliver the products ordered by you to the address you give us for delivery at the time you make your order through a third party provider. You shall accept the products yourself (except where you have specifically instructed us to leave your delivery outside the door or at the concourse – missing delivery under such circumstances shall be at your own risk) when the products are delivered to the address you give us for delivery. You agree and accept that we are entitled, at our option, to charge you additional costs or cancel your order in the event of your failure to accept delivery for whatever reasons.
We do not support change of delivery details unless in special condition. In case any discrepancy of delivery details, it is your responsibility to notice Nextfood as soon as possible by email to info@nextfood.hk. We are not responsible for any loss or disability to send the parcel due to incorrect delivery details.
You will become the owner of the product(s) you have ordered when they have been delivered to you. Once product(s) has been delivered to you, they will be held at your own risk and we will not be liable for the loss or damage.
Nextfood Global Limited hold the authority and right to determined any dispute occurring in delivery.
